DELIVERY

The purchased Products are delivered only via the Seller’s chosen currier service (such as e.g. UPS) and only Great Britain (UK), excluding UK`s dependent territories.

We may, free of charge for the buyer, deliver the order in a larger number of packages, if the size of it exceeds the size of the euro pallet or when its exceeds 31.5 kg.

Delivery is made on Business days (Mon-Fri) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM AN ONLINE SALES CONTRACT (CONSUMERS)

As a Consumer you may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us a statement in the matter before the expiration term.

To start  the return procedure, you have to inform us of your withdrawal decision e.g. by e-mail at info@zepter.com

The example of a withdrawal statement can be found at www.zepter.co.uk in Documents for download tab, but please be informed that the statement may be submitted in any form.  

If the return procedure started, you have to return the Product to the us  without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of the withdrawal (it is enough to send back the Product within the time above indicated), unless we offered to collect the Product from you. In such case – we will collect the Product via a representative of the courier company at our own expense, we will inform you & give you any instructions needed.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the online Sales Agreement in the following cases:

  1. when the purchased Product is non-prefabricated, but manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or the Product used to meet the Consumer’s individualized needs (personalised Products),
  2. when the purchased Product is a good which is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
  3. when the purchased Product has been delivered as sealed (e.g. coffee, cosmetics), is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery,
  4. when the purchased Product is, after delivery, according to its nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


REFUNDS
In the Consumer (you) withdrew from the online Sales Agreement with us, we will reimburse you with  the payment for the Product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement on withdrawal. We may withhold the refund of the payments received from you until the Product is returned to us or you provide us with a proof of its sending back, whichever occurs first. You will be refunded on your original payment method, unless you expressly agreed to a different refund`s method, which does not involve any additional costs for you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
